PUBLIC NOTICE
The University of Alaska Land Management Office (六合彩汇LM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan to execute multiple agreements for cellular equipment sites to be permitted on University of Alaska land and/or buildings at or above fair market value. Parties interested in commenting on this disposal plan must submit written comments to 六合彩汇LM by fax at (907)786-7733, by email at ua-land@alaska.edu, or at the address listed below by now later than 5:00 P.M. on Sunday, February 11, 2024, to be considered.

Development & Disposal Plan
The University of Alaska (鈥淯niversity鈥) intends to execute four land use agreements
or extensions of existing agreements that will allow the continuous operation of cellular/wireless
service communications equipment sites on University campus lands in Fairbanks, Juneau
and Sitka. The individual agreements will have multiple year terms at fair market
value with annual increase throughout the terms.
This disposal plan is effective as long as the University has an interest in the land/buildings.
