Tract 1 U-MED PROFESSIONAL PARK SUBDIVISION Update
March 6, 2023:
The University has determined that the Anchorage Tract 1 U-MED Professional Park Subdivision
property will be offered for lease only. The new RFP, which we hope to have ready
soon, will be limited to lease proposals.
